📍 Finding Your Spots

• Parking garage levels are clearly marked 🏢
• Space numbers painted on asphalt or walls 🎨
• Some spots may be in covered vs. uncovered areas ☂️
• Tandem parking in some units (one behind another) 🚗🚗

• Only park in YOUR assigned space(s) ✅

👥 Guest Parking

Guest parking is available but limited. Make sure your visitors follow these guidelines! 🅿️

🚨 Towing Policy

Your vehicle may be towed at owner's expense if:

• Blocking fire lane or emergency access 🔥
• Parked in handicapped spot without permit ♿
• Blocking garage door or driveway 🚧
• Abandoned vehicle (not moved for extended period) ⏳
• After multiple warnings for same violation 📋
